Shipping Policy

We currently only ship locally (in South Africa).

Estimated shipping is 3-5 business days. Items will only be dispatched once payment clears. A physical day time address must be provided, as unfortunately no deliveries to post office boxes will be allowed. Collections are not accepted. Please kindly ensure that delivery addresses are correct, we will not be held liable for packages going to the incorrect addresses. Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays. Please take note: unclaimed, returned parcels will not be refunded. If re-sent, a resend fee will be charged. We will also not be held responsible for late deliveries.

​​Great care is taken to package each item securely so that it reaches you in perfect condition. Please then, bear in mind to carefully remove the items from the packaging, so as not to damage the item.
