impurities. Tea Tree essential oil is known for its antibacterial
properties, as well as its healing and soothing effect on the skin. This
is a great soap for acne-prone skin. It is not recommend for very
dry/sensitive skin.

How to care for your soap: Store your soap on a well-drained soap dish in a cool, dry place out of
direct sunlight.

Because our products contain mostly natural ingredients and are preservative-free, we dot not keep stock on hand, with the exception of our handmade soap. For this reason, our products are freshly made to order to ensure for the freshest and highest quality.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your order will be processed. Small orders normally ship within 2-3 business days, with the exception of our Rose Water and Face Wash, which takes 4-5 business days to ship. Large or bulk orders will be shipped in 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of your order.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with any of our products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you a full refund or replace your product provided there is a valid reason for requesting a refund.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Once an order has been confirmed and paid, your order cannot be cancelled. We make our products by hand to order, and because our products do not contain preservatives, we cannot keep/hold products already made for future use.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or exchanges of products. However, if there is a problem with your order/products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you a full refund for or replace that specific product/s provided there is a valid reason for requesting a refund.
